Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to any conversation you have with us in person, by phone, or elsewhere.

What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you choose to give us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and — if you followed an "Enquire" link from a specific piece — which piece you were asking about. We do not collect anything else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts of any kind running on this site.

How we use it

We use what you submit for one purpose only: to read and reply to your enquiry — for example, to answer a question about a piece, discuss a room, or arrange a showroom visit. We do not use it for marketing you have not asked for, and we do not build a profile of you from it.

How it is handled

Enquiry submissions are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and delivered to us as an email notification. We do not run our own server, database, or CRM — your enquiry lives in that notification and in whatever record we keep of our reply to you.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. It is only ever seen by Netlify, as the service that delivers your enquiry to us, and by us, to reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as is reasonably useful for us to assist you and for our own records afterward. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time — see "Your choices" below.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us by phone at +91 90292 13676 or through the enquiry form. We will act on a reasonable request without unnecessary delay.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information ever changes, we will update this page. The version here is always the current one.
